Cyrille Dallant

Cyrille Dallant began his professional career in 2000 joining EFA - European Fund Administration SA in Luxembourg where he held the position of Deputy Manager. From 2005 to 2011, he successively worked for Société Générale Bank & Trust, UBS and BNP Paribas as Account Manager Hedge Funds. Aware of the growing regulatory burden, he succeeded, in 2011, the "Professional Certificate of Competence in the Field of Compliance" training provided by the IFBL in partnership with the ALCO (Association of Luxemburg Compliance Officers). The same year, he joined The ICE Breakers SA (which becomed in 2015 99 Advisory Luxembourg - ICE). He was in charge of compliance advice and setting up (procedures manual, regulatory watch, etc.) for Management Companies in the Luxemburg market, as well as applications of approval with the CSSF. In 2016, he joined PREVAL SA and held the position of Conducting Officer, Head of Compliance, and in February 2019 joined DYNAMIC ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY (Luxembourg) SA as Conducting Officer in charge of Compliance, AML, MLRO, supervision of delegated activities and complaints. He is co-responsible for Internal Audit and Investment Management. Cyrille Dallant holds a master's degree in history, obtained from Paul Valéry University in Montpellier. He has been member of ALCO since 2011.

Julien Nemerlin

Julien Nemerlin is one of the Conducting Officers of DYNAMIC ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY (Luxembourg) SA. He is more specifically responsible for Risk Management, distribution, accounting of the Company and IT. He is also co-responsible for Internal Audit and Investment Management. He holds a master’s degree in economics (HEC Liège) and has more than 18 years’ experience in the asset management, banking and financial sector in Luxembourg. During his long career in big four companies, He has been in charge of various assurance services, external and internal audit assignments at various management companies, AIFMs, central administrations, transfer agents, custodian banks and investment firms. Julien Nemerlin has also occupied during several years various senior internal audit & senior risk management positions in the life insurance, asset management and banking sector in Luxembourg.

Alexandre Kuhn

After his graduation from university and extensive training in the banking profession at UBS in Geneva, Alexandre Kuhn began his career in 1986 at the banking group ANZ Grindlays. Appointed deputy director in 1991 and a member of the Investment Committee, he became head of private asset management for clients from India and the Middle East, and oversaw the bond market investment strategy. In 1993, Alexandre Kuhn co-founded the asset management firm Dynagest SA, where he oversaw operations and acted as Chairman of the Board. As head of business strategy and development, he also supervised private asset management and managed ratchet products. In 2018, his structure joined Banque Profil de Gestion, leading him to become director of asset management activities. Alexandre Kuhn is a member of the Board of Directors of DYNAMIC ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY (Luxembourg) SA.

Patrick Cramer

Patrick Cramer has held several key positions at a variety of financial institutions in a career spanning more than 30 years. These include managing the forex team at Banque Unigestion in Geneva, before set up GNI Group's Swiss subsidiary in 1992, where he became managing director and a member of the board. In 1995, he joined the Board od Directors of GNI's parent company in London, which named him managing director in 1997. In 2004, Patrick Cramer launched Refco Overseas ( Suisse) SA, later renamed Marex Financial (Suisse) SA, before joining Dynagest in 2013 as managing director and member of the board. He oversaw strategy and development, as well as bond brokerage and consulting. In 2018, he and his structure joined Banque Profil de Gestion as Capital Market Director.

Marcin Brynda

Marcin Brynda joined Dynagest SA in 2013. He is a quantitative asset manager. From 2002 to 2008, he was a Visiting Lecturer and Faculty Associate specialist in physical chemistry and biophysics at the University of California, Davis. In 2009, he joined the Research Department of Lloyds TSB International Private Banking in Geneva as a quantitative research specialist. In this capacity he developed models and applications focusing particularly on asset allocation and portfolio optimization. He was appointed Senior Quant Portfolio Analyst in 2011 and took an active role in developing the Computational Portfolio Management approach. Marcin Brynda holds a M.Sc. degree in Computational Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Physical and Quantum Chemistry from the University of Geneva. He has published numerous scientific papers in specialized international journals. In 2018, he and his structure joined Banque Profil de Gestion as quantitative asset manager.

Aymeric Converset

Aymeric Converset joined Dynagest SA in 2013. He is head of quantitative management. From 2010 to 2013, Aymeric Converset worked for HUET & CIE, in Geneva. Hired as a junior analyst, he has been responsible for the fixed income investments since 2012. He also collaborated on the definition of the Strategic Asset Allocation and on the management of the Balanced Portfolios. Aymeric Converset holds an interuniversity  M.Sc. in Finance from HEC Lausanne, Neufchâtel and Geneva. In 2010, he wrote his Master's thesis at Dynagest on a quantitative stocks selection process using neural networks and genetic algorithm. He has a longstanding expertise in modeling highly complex investment strategies. During his carrier at Dynagest SA he developed and implemented with success several quantitative methodologies. In 2018, he and his structure joined Banque Profil de Gestion as Head of quantitative management.

Dmitry Baulin

Dmitry Baulin is a Manager of the subfunds HERENS QUALITY LUXURY BRANDS. He is a Chief Investment officer and Head of Research at Hérens Quality Asset Management AG. He has spent last 15 years analyzing companies and managing institutional and private clients’ money at CEAMS, boutique asset manager specializing in Quality investments, before company merged with Hérens Partners in 2016. He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Banking Institution of Higher Education in Riga, Latvia.
