Founded in 1998, DYNAMIC ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY (Luxembourg) SA*, is the management company of the DMC FUND and a subsidiary of Banque Profil de Gestion SA, Geneva, www.bpdg.ch, which has held a banking licence since 2003. Alongside its expertise in private banking, Banque Profil de Gestion also significantly boosted its asset management capabilities following the takeover of institutional asset manager Dynagest SA on 2 July 2018.

In 2008, it expanded its core business activities to include quantitative bond management. The Dynagest Asset Management division of Banque Profil de Gestion manages the DYNAMIC FLOORING and CORPORATE BONDS family of sub-funds.

Under this regime, it is free to locate its business and provide services in any of the Member States of the European Union. Distribution in Switzerland
The Luxembourg domiciled DMC FUND has been approved by FINMA (Swiss Financial Markets Supervisory Authority) for distribution in Switzerland as a foreign collective investment scheme that fulfills the conditions of the EC Directive 2009/65/CE, as amended by the Directive 2014/91/UE (UCITS V Directive). For 25 years, the Dynagest Asset Management division of Banque Profil de Gestion in Geneva has built its approach around systematic risk control. Today, through global balanced mandates, it implements various quantitative management techniques that enable it to meet the specific needs of institutional clients. In particular, it is recognised both in Switzerland and abroad as a centre of expertise in exchange rate management and portfolio insurance. In 2008, it expanded its core business activities to include quantitative bond management.

Regarding its remuneration policy, DYNAMIC ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY (Luxembourg) SA complies with the principles of the Directive and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) guidelines, as published on 11 February 2013 and 31 March 2016, in a manner and to an extent that is appropriate given its size and internal structure, as well as the nature, scope and complexity of its activities.
The remuneration policy promotes healthy and effective risk management. It underpins efforts by the Board of Directors, the Management, and any other member of staff employed at DYNAMIC ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY (Luxembourg) SA, to implement adequate risk management measures. This remuneration policy is consistent with the corporate strategy defined by DYNAMIC ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY (Luxembourg) SA. It reflects its values and long-term objectives. It naturally ties in with the principles governing client protection. The remuneration policy takes investors’ interests into account and seeks to prevent all conflicts of interest.
